Returns & Cancellations

We will replace or refund you for any product that is damaged or flawed. If convenient, we ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. Please send an email to info@chateautumbleweed.com to arrange for return instructions.

Cancellations for events are accepted up to 48 hours in advance of the event time.
